Her expertise includes risk management, industrial hygiene, laboratory safety,Biosafety and Sustainability. She has over 12 years of experience in the industry. Her exposure to wide array of SHE situations has made her an excellent leader in problem solving with an effective and practical approach. She has passed several local and state regulatory inspections and helped organizations in excelling in their SHE programs. She has also led projects in sustainability such as My Green Lab certification, LEED certification and Zero Waste certification.

Andy Wilson is a SHE Training Specialist with DKK Safety and Environmental and and has over 9 years of experience in the field of Safety, Health and Environmental. He is passionate about laboratory safety and is an expert in identifying trends in laboratory safety gaps. He is also passionate about recordkeeping of training completion rate and helps the organization in maintaining key performance indicators. His other expertise is in hazardous waste management and handling. Through his past experience at a hazardous waste handling company, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of complex hazardous waste regulations. He is certified in Hazardous Waste and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training.
